I'm currently leading a team of seven in a consulting project with Salesforce's Einstein branch. We're working to position the Einstein AI product as a beneficial supplement for all businesses.

Problem:

Artifical Intelligence can clearly automate and speed up human processes, but where does AI specifically fit inside the CRM industry?

Solution:

Understand the painpoints of CRM and its ultimate role in closing sales. Then, become familiar with the current processing power of Einstein and determine how it can mitigate CRM issues and augment prime features.

How can we convince businesses in target verticals of Einstein's efficacy?

Solution:

Research how different companies use Salesforce (i.e. which products and subfeatures). Build and document Einstein use cases for target verticals, within the existing Salesforce product suite. Furthermore, design mockups of such use cases to visually display these uses.
